益肺宣肺降浊方对血管性痴呆大鼠脑内iNOS及HO-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肺宣肺降浊方对血管性痴呆大鼠脑内诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)及血红素氧化酶(HO-1)表达的影响。方法:随机将大鼠分为5组:空白对照组、假手术组、模型组、尼膜同组、益肺宣肺降浊中药组,除空白对照组外,余采用高脂血症合并永久性双侧颈总动脉结扎术(2VO)制备血管性痴呆模型,采用酶活性测定方法检测iNOS及HO-1的表达水平。结果:假手术组的iNOS活性及HO-1蛋白表达与模型组比较,有明显差异(P<0.05);益肺宣肺降浊中药组、尼膜同组与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);假手术组的iNOS活性及HO-1蛋白表达高于正常组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肺宣肺浊中药能抑制血管性痴呆大鼠脑内iNOS及HO-1,改善大鼠的学习及记忆能力。Objective ：To observe the influence of Yifei Xuanfei Jiartgzhuo Formula on expression vascular endothelial growth factor （ iNOS and HO - 1 ） in hippocampus of rats with chronic ischemic vascular dementia. Methods ： Hyperlipidemia combined with vascular dementia rat models were established by using bilateral carotid artery block method. Rats were randomly divided into blank control group, sham - operated group, model group, Nimotong group and Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Formula group. The expression levels of iNOS and HO - 1 were detected by enzyme activity assay. Results：INOS activity and HO - 1 protein expression in sham - operated group comparing with model group was increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the Nimotong group as well as between the sham - group and the model group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The iNOS activity and HO - 1 protein expression in the sham operated group were higher than that in the normal group and the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Formula can inhibit iNOS and HO - 1 in the brain of rats with vascular dementia and improve the ability of learning and memory in rats.
