摘 要:高校水淬热处理实验教学,通常的做法是采用手工操作完成整个实验流程,鉴于手工操作安全性差以及人为操作易产生实验误差等问题,旨在设计一种自动水淬装置,使其具备自动放样、取样、冷却、风干等功能,代替传统热处理工艺实验人工水淬操作工序,满足实验室教学及科研水淬热处理工艺要求,同时保证实验安全性及结果准确性。In the teaching of water quenching in the universities and colleges, the usual approach is to conduct the whole experiment by manual operation, which would bring about the problems of low safety and experimental errors. Therefore, a water quenching device is designed, the functions of which include automatic placement, extraction, cooling, drying, replacing traditional artificial laboratory water quenching process operation, meeting the requirements of water quenching heat treatment technology in experimental teaching and scientific research, and ensuring the safety of experiment and the accuracy of experimental result.
