二极管激光治疗中重度慢性牙周炎的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨二极管激光对慢性牙周炎的临床治疗效果。方法:对58例中重度慢性牙周炎患者行牙周治疗,每例患者两侧牙随机分为实验侧和对照侧,对照侧采用传统牙周翻瓣术,实验侧采用二极管激光联合牙周翻瓣术治疗,并即刻涂布多乐氟,二极管激光脱敏,术后即刻、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月评价患牙的疼痛敏感程度,并在术后6个月、12个月检查牙周临床指标的变化。结果:治疗后实验侧牙齿敏感程度相对于对照侧较低,即刻有效率最高;对照侧术后患牙敏感,有效率低,1个月后有缓解,两侧在即刻、1个月、3个月、6个月相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);两侧临床指标均有显著改善,实验侧效果更好,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:二极管激光可作为治疗慢性牙周炎较有效的方法。Objective：To investigate clinical significance of diode laser in treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods：58 eases who had chronic periodontitis were divided into both sides randomly, control sides were treated with periodontal flap surgery. The experimental sides were treated with periodontal flap surgery and diode laser. Effective rates of the teeth on dentin hypersensitivity were compared immediately,after 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months. The changes of periodontal clinical indicators were compared 6 months and 12 months after the treatment. Results：The effectiveness of the experimental sides is higher than control sides immediately with the lost effectiveness and better 1 month later,3months and 6 months with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Both sides of the clinical indexes were improved significantly, and the experimental sides were better than control sides with no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Diode laser is an effective method to treat chronic periodontitis.
