摘　　要：成果导向教育理念与人才培养方案的结合点在于准确把握成果导向教育的基本内涵,同时运用向下设计的执行原则按照人才培养目标整体要求进行能力要求的界定,课程地图的构建以及编制教学大纲等线性体系板块,并依照纵向连贯、横向统整原则进行人才培养方案设计重构。The integration point of outcome - based education and talents training program is to accurate- ly grasp the basic content of achievement - oriented education. Meanwhile, we should also use the down - de- sign execution principles in accordance with the overall description of training objectives to meet the capacity requirements＂ definition, curriculum map building, and the preparation of the syllabus and other linear sys- tem plate. Moreover, the talents training program design is reconstructed by adhering to the principles of the longitudinal coherence and horizontal integration.
