摘　　要：基于以往文献分析,阐述了企业战略业务单元技术创新的内涵,构建了效益、产出与过程相结合的战略业务单元技术创新相对绩效评价框架和评价指标体系,并引入"行业技术创新难度系数"作为修正参数来计算企业内部不同战略业务单元的相对创新水平。最后以某集团为例评价其技术创新相对绩效。Based on the previous theoretical literatures,this paper expounds the connotation of technological innovation of enterprise＇s strategybusiness unit（SBU） ,and constructs the evaluation framework and evaluation index system of relative performance of SBU＇s technological inno-vation which is characterized by the combination of performance,output and process. And it introduces the coefficient of difficulty for industrialtechnological innovation as the adjustment parameter to calculate the relative innovation level of different SBUs within enterprise. Finally,basedon this evaluation index system,it evaluates the relative performance evaluation of technology innovation of some enterprise group.
