摘  要:先采用随机抽样的方法检验毛竹规格竹条的基本尺寸,再对6300余根规格竹条进行密度测定,将规格竹条按密度分为D50,D55,D60…D90等9个等级。通过对各等级规格竹条进行径向弯曲性能测试,并以径向弯曲模量为分级依据,对占统计总数较多的D60,D65,D70,D75,D80这5个密度等级的规格竹条进行模量分级。研究结果表明:毛竹规格竹条密度分布不均匀,其密度区间主要集中在0.60~0.80g/c m3,而较高等级(D85,D90)和较低等级(D50,D55)的规格竹条所占比例较少;规格竹条的径向弯曲强度和弯曲模量之间具有较好的相关性,但相同密度等级条件下,竹条的径向抗弯强度和模量分散性较大,而相同径向弯曲模量条件下,规格竹条的密度分散性较大;为保证分级的合理性,应优先对规格竹条进行模量分级,并在此基础上进行密度分级。The basic dimension of dimensional Mosobamboo strips was checked by randomly sampling and then more than 6300 dimensional bamboo strips were divided into nine density levels (for example D50, D55, D60... and D90) based on bamboo strip density.Radial bending properties of each density level bamboo strips were tested, and five density levels, which were in the majority(D60,D65,D70,D75,D80) were graded by radial bending modulus. The results show that the density distribution of moso bamboo strips is asymmetrical, and the density of bamboo strips mainly are concentrated in 0.60-0.80 g/cm3, higher (D85, D90) and lower (D50, D55)level bamboo stripsaccount for less proportion; The radial MOR and MOE of moso bamboo strips show good correlation.However, the radial MOR and MOE under same density conditionand the bamboo density under the same MOE show great dispersion; In order to guarantee the rationality of grading, the dimensional bamboo strips should be graded by modulus preferentially and the following by density.
