摘  要:结合工程训练综合能力竞赛开展和探索,从能力结构、知识素质、创新思维、工程意识和工程竞赛等方面探讨了工程训练综合能力竞赛对工科人才培养的作用,并通过工程训练综合能力竞赛的命题与规则设计、将竞赛训练模式引入工程训练教学、建立工程文化素质培养机制、构建综合能力竞赛的协作模式与人才激励制度等方面的措施,探索工程训练综合能力竞赛中工科人才培养机制。In combination with development and exploration of comprehensive ability competition of engineering training,the affect to mechanical personnel training was discussed from the aspects of ability structure,knowledge quality,innovative thinking,engineering consciousness and engineering competitions. By proposition and rule design of comprehensive ability competition of engineering training,this paper introduces competition and training mode into engineering training teaching,establishes engineering cultural training mechanism and constructs the collaborative mode of the comprehensive ability competition and talent incentive system and some measures which will be used in order to explore engineering talent training mechanism in the engineering training comprehensive ability competition.
