摘　　要：随着高校采购量与日俱增,滋生的腐败问题也不断显现,对高校的廉政建设产生了较大的负面影响。针对当前高校采购中存在的廉政问题,从目前高校中使用的采购专家抽选系统、网上竞价系统、电子化招投标平台、采购流程信息化管理系统四个方面,概述了"科技防腐"手段在高校信息化采购中的实施与运用,避免了权力过于集中,为高校创造更为阳光、公正的采购环境,为进一步探索反腐倡廉建设提供了参考和支持。With the increase of the purchasing amount in colleges and universities,the problem of corruption emerges continuously,which has a rather negative impact on the construction of a clean and honest university.Regarding this problem and from the following four aspects：expert-choosing system,price competition network system,electronic bidding platform,and purchasing process informationization management system,the paper outlines the implementation and application of the＂Anti-corruption by science and technology＂means in the university informationization purchasing,which can avoid the excessive concentration of power,create a more sunshine fair purchasing environment,and provide the references and support for the further exploration of the anti-corruption and construction for being clean and honest.
