摘  要:消涡鳍安装于螺旋桨后方,用于回收螺旋桨内半径的尾流能量损失。消涡鳍设计与螺旋桨直接相关,可视作螺旋桨的一部分而采取与桨一体化的设计,以最大限度地提高推进效率。论文以一艘2万吨级散货船为研究对象,开展高效桨与消涡鳍一体化的设计和节能改造应用。实船运营数据统计分析的结果表明:在换装一体化设计的高效桨与消涡鳍后,每航次平均油耗降低7.5%以上,同时航速提高0.4kn以上,效果显著。HVAF, namely Hub Vortex Absorbed Fins, is a kind of energy saving device installed behind the propeller for recovering kinetic energy loss in the propeller wake. Thus, the energy saving effect of the HVAF is depended on the load at propeller's inner radius. In order to gain high efficiency, the propeller should be designed integrated with HVAE In the present paper, the high efficiency propeller integrated with HVAF is designed and applied onto a 20,000DWT bulk carrier for retrofit. With a comparison on the long time recorded voyage data between before and after the retrofit, it is shown that the high efficiency propeller integrated with HVAF can save main engine's fuel consumption off more than 7.5 percent per voyage, and can increase ship speed above 0.4 knots.
