摘 要:为了对广西种源的金线莲的营养价值进行评价,采用干法灰化处理样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定广西田林、容县、靖西的金线莲微量元素,采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定氨基酸的含量,并对测定的结果进行比较分析.结果表明:(1)广西种源的金线莲普遍比云南文山金线莲微量元素含量高;靖西金线莲的微量元素最高,容县金线莲次之,最低的是田林金线莲.(2)在氨基酸总量上,田林金线莲最高,为16.78%,容县金线莲为16.62%,靖西金线莲为15.87%,这三种金线莲的氨基酸均高于福建金线莲的8.74%.In order to evaluate the nutritional value of Guangxi Anoectochilus, using dryash-processed samples, determine the microelement in Guangxi Tianlin, Rongxian and Jingxi by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, amino acid analyzer is used tO determine the amino acid content; The results of the measurement were compared. The results showed that::(1) The microelement in Guangxi Anoectochihis is generally higher than that of Yunnan Wenshan; microelement in Jingxi Anoectochili is the highest, Rongxian comes second, and the lowest is Tianlin Anoectochili (2). As for amino acid, Tianlin Anoectochihis rank top, 16.78%, Tianlin 16.62%, Jingxi 5.87%. Amino acid in these three kinds of Anoectochilus were higher than that of Fujian Anoectochilus, which is 8.74%.
