摘　　要：从作者实际工作实践出发,以玉林师范学院就业管理为平台,结合高校毕业生就业信息管理联系实际工作展开研究,在充分理解和掌握毕业生就业工作特点的基础上,通过研究就业信息管理与现代信息技术的应用,创新优化设计现有的毕业生信息管理系统.笔者的着力点在研究用人单位、毕业生就业信息、高校就业信息管理三方就业信息需求主体的信息需求,优化现有的基于Web的高校毕业生就业信息管理系统,以期达到沟通用人单位、高校毕业生、高等院校三方就业信息需求主体,畅通信息渠道的目的.Based on the practical working experience and with the graduates＇ employment management of Yulin Normal University as the research subject, this paper analyses the feature of college graduates＇ employment and the application of modem information technology in management system. Three main parts needing such information include＇ the employing units, college graduates, and employment information management department in colleges. Through the analysis, this paper provides ways to optimize the present web-based employment information management system for college graduates, in hope to build more efficient communication of the three main parts.
