摘　　要：本文从管理学和社会学视角、计算机科学与信息技术视角,概述了国内外网络舆情监测、分析与管理的研究现状以及我国的主要行业应用情况;在此基础上,讨论当前网络舆情监测、分析与管理面临网络新媒体和大数据带来的挑战,以及大数据分析、智能计算等带来的新机遇。From the perspectives of computer science, information science, management, and sociology, this paper summarizes research on domestic and international network public opinion monitoring, analysis, and management, followed by a brief introduction to China＇s major domain applications. On this basis, we discuss the future development of network public opinion when facing the challenges and opporttmities of the Big Data Era.
