摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢卵泡膜-纤维细胞瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)诊断及鉴别诊断。方法收集12例经手术病理证实的卵泡膜-纤维细胞瘤患者的MSCT检查资料,并进行影像学征象分析。结果 12例患者中,左侧病灶居多(7/12),以类圆形为主(8/12),均边界清楚,部分伴盆腔积液(10/12),病灶以实性为主(9/12),未见钙化出血坏死,增强扫描无强化(1/12)或轻度强化(11/12)。结论卵泡膜-纤维细胞瘤具有一定的临床及影像特点,综合这些特征,有助于提高该肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian fibrothecomas by the multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT）. Methods MSCT examination data of 12 cases with ovarian fibrothecomas proved by operation and pathology were collected and analyzed. Results The lesions in the left were the most（7/12）. They were mainly round（8/12）. The edge of the lesions were clear with some patients suffering from pelvic effusion（10 / 12）.Most of the lesions were solid（9/12）. There were not calcification hemorrhage and necrosis inside the lesions. The le-sions were mild enhanced（11/12） or no enhanced（1/12） by enhanced scan. Conclusion The clinical and imaging features of fibrothecomas could help improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the tumor by the combination of these features.
