磁共振对子宫平滑肌瘤变性的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振(MR)对子宫平滑肌瘤变性的表现特征和诊断价值。方法回顾性分析25例经手术和病理证实的子宫平滑肌瘤变性的MR表现,总结其影像学特征。结果 25例患者共发现32个病灶,玻璃样变8个,黏液变性6个,红色变性5个,脂肪变性3个,囊性变4个,坏死3个,钙化2个,肉瘤样变1个,不同变性的MR表现各异。结论 MR能对不同变性的子宫肌瘤进行分析,从而提高肌瘤的诊断准确性。Objective To investigate diagnostic value and findings of magnetice resonance in degeneration of myoma uterus. Methods The findings of magnetice resonance of 25 patients with degeneration of myoma uterus confirmed by operation and pathologywere retrospectively analyzed. The imaging characteristics were summarized. Results Thirty-two lesions were found in 25 cases. Eight lesions with hyahine degeneration, 6 lesions with mucinous degeneration, 5 lesions with red degeneration, 3 lesions with fatty degeneration, 4 lesions with cystic degeneration, 3 lesions with necrotic degeneration, 2 lesions with calcification, 1 lesion with sarcomatous change were found, there were dif-ferent MR findings in various degenerations. Conclusion MR could analyze all kinds of degeneration of myoma uterus, and so could improve the diagnosis of myoma uterus.
