摘  要:目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)在卵巢肿瘤的诊断及卵巢癌分期方面的应用价值方法。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月在我院就诊的卵巢肿瘤患者共计45例,所有患者均在我院接受术前MRI检测及手术治疗,手术后标本行病理学诊断。比较2种检测方法在病理结果、临床分期方面的吻合情况。结果使用κ系数法(Kappa)分析MRI检测与病理诊断、病理分期的吻合情况,Mc Nemar检验结果为P=0.072、0.317,2种诊断方法结果差异无统计学意义,2种诊断的吻合系数κ=0.663,P<0.05;κ=0.855,P<0.05,说明2种诊断方法的吻合度较强,并且差异有统计学意义。结论 MRI在卵巢肿瘤定性以及卵巢癌术前分期中发挥重要临床价值。Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis and staging of ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 45 patients with ovarian cancer were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital. All the patients received preoperative MRI examination and surgical treatment. The pathological diagnosis was performed after the operation. The anastomosis of the two kinds of detection methods in pathological results and clinical stage was compared. Results The coefficient analysis of MRI and pathological diagnosis, pathological staging of anastomosis was done, Mc Nemar′s test results were P=0.072, 0.317, two diagnosis meth ods showed no significant difference, with the two diagnostic agreement coefficient κ=0.663, P〈0.05; κ=0.855, P〈0.05.The anastomosis of the two diagnostic methods was stronger, and there was significant statistical significance. Conclusion MRI plays an important clinical value in the preoperative staging of ovarian cancer.
