摘 要:高温选择性吸收涂层是太阳能光热中高温利用的核心部件.通过前期的工作,在溅射靶的磁场改造、高温选择性吸收涂层的试生产过程中积累了一些经验;得到能精确度量调节阀的方法,为工艺的研发、推广及规范打下了坚实的基础;此外,进行了大量磁控溅射试验,解决了高温涂层沉积过程中的诸多技术和工程问题,有利于促进与推进太阳能的光热利用和节能减排工作.High temperature selective absorbing coatings are the key components for the high temperature photothermal and photoelectricity conversions. Through the previoias work, the author summed up some regular patterns, and some experiences have been accumulated during the remodeling in magnetic field of sputtering targets and the pilot production of high temperature selective absorbing coatings. Moreover, plenty of experiments on magnetron sputtering have been carried out. And numbers of technical and engi- neering problems during the process of high temperature coating deposition have been solved, which pro- mote the solar energy utilization, energy saving and emission reduction.
