摘 要:为对终端通信接入网进行客观、科学、操作性强的综合评价,提炼出适用于各种通信方式、各种电力业务的统一评估指标,并从网络结构设计、通信业务传输能力、安全可靠性、运维管理能力、投资效能分析等多个维度形成综合的终端通信接入网性能评价模型及评价方法,文章采用综合评价方法对当前终端通信接入网建设中采用的越来越多的LTE无线专网进行评价。针对评价结果,从通信资源和多业务承载等层面提出优化建议,以便为LTE无线专网建设及优化提供支撑。In order to make an objective, scientific and operable comprehensive evaluation of the terminal communication access network, unified evaluation indexes can be extracted for all kinds of communication modes and all businesses, and the evaluation model and evaluation method is formed from multiple dimensions, including network architecture design, communication business transmission, reliability, management ability and investigation efficiency and so on. Focusing on the popular LTE wireless private network in the construction of electric power communication access network, this paper carries out the network performance evaluation by the comprehensive evaluation method. According to the evaluation results, network optimization is realized from communication resources and multi-business to support the optimization of power terminal communication access network, to provide support for its construction and optimization.
