摘 要:目的:分析护理层级管理在血液科患者中应用的效果。方法:某医院自2015年5月开始对血液科患者采用护理层级管理模式进行护理干预,选取血液科22名护理人员为研究对象,对比实施护理层级管理前(2014年5月-2015年4月)及实施后(2015年5月-2016年4月)患者的护理质量评分及满意度。结果:实施护理层级管理后,患者护理质量评分(94.4±2.1)分,高于实施前的(75.8±3.4)分,对比差异显著(P<0.05);实施后患者护理服务满意度为94.6%,高于实施前的79.5%,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在血液科疾病患者的治疗中采用护理层级管理模式,能够显著改善护理服务质量,提高患者护理满意度,值得普及。Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing level management in hematology. Methods:Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University began to use nursing level management in department of Hematology since May 2015, nurses in department of hematology were selected as study subjects,quality of care and patient satisfaction scores were compared before the implementation of care level management (May 2014-April 2015 ) and after the implementation (May 2015-2016 April).Results:After the implementation of nursing hierarchy management, patient care quality scores were (94.4 + 2.1) points, higher than before the implementation (75.8 ± 3.4) points, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈 0.05 ) ;patient care satisfaction after the implementation was 94.6% higher than before the implementation 79.5%,the difference was statistically significant ( P〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion:Nursing level management models implement in the treatment of patients with hematological, can significantly improve the quality of care,improve patient satisfaction with care, it' s worth promoting.
