多层螺旋CT结肠成像技术诊断结直肠疾病价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析多层螺旋CT结肠成像技术诊断结直肠疾病价值。方法:选取某医院收治的结直肠疾病患者74例,均行多层螺旋CT结肠成像技术进行诊断,观察其诊断价值。结果:该组病例中,结直肠癌24例(32.4%),结肠息肉6例(8.1%),结肠肠憩室2例(2.7%);肠外病变患者49例(66.2%)。结论:多层螺旋CT结肠成像技术在结直肠疾病的诊断中极具价值,结果准确,无创,带给患者的痛苦小,是结直肠疾病诊断的首选方法之一。Objective：To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT imaging in the diagnosis of colorectal diseases. Methods：74 cases of colorectal disease in our hospital were selected, and all of them were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT colon imaging technology.Results：in this group of cases, 24 cases of colorectal cancer （32.4%）, 6 cases of colon polyps （8.1%）, 2 cases of colonic diverticula （2.7%）; 49 cases of patients with Apenteric lesions （66.2%）. Conclusion：multi slice spiral CT colon imaging technology in the diagnosis of colorectal diseases is very valuable, the results are accurate, noninvasive, to bring the pain of patients is small, is one of the first choice for colorectal disease diagnosis.
