摘　　要：以国际贸易发展为背景,介绍了虚拟语气的定义与用法,结合商务英语的特点,阐述了商务英语中虚拟语气的翻译原则及应用,探究虚拟语气应用之现实意义。Under the background of international trade development,the definition and usage of subjunctive mood are introduced.Combined with characteristics of Business English,the translation principles and applications of subjunctive mood are expounded and the practical significance of subjunctive mood application is explored.
