摘　　要：临床药学是以患者为研究中心,以提供安全有效的药物治疗为目的的学科,药师在临床科室合理用药方面发挥了重要作用。本文检索了临床药师在妇产专业开展药学监护、药学会诊、用药干预、围术期评价、用药咨询、中成药处方审核等工作的文献报道,结合自身工作经验分析妇产专业临床药学工作的模式和创新,为开展妇产专业临床药学具体工作提供思路。Clinical pharmacy is a subject which takes patients as research centers and provides safe and effective drug treatment. Pharmacists play an important role in rational drug use in clinical departments. In this paper, the retrieval of clinical pharmacists in obstetrics and gynecology professional pharmaceutical care, pharmaceutical consultation and drug intervention, to carry out the evaluation, perioperative medication consultation, prescription medicine audit work reported in the literature, combined with their own work experience and professional analysis of clinical pharmacy work mode and innovation, to provide ideas for the development of obstetrics and gynecology professional clinical pharmacy work.
