摘　　要：本文就加强电大系统建设提出:充分认识系统建设工作的紧迫性;加强大学文化建设,增强系统的凝聚力;积极探索管理新模式,实行差异化试点改革;大力加强内涵建设,不断深化教学管理改革;提高管理效率和服务水平;This paper tries to give a series ways to strengthen the system construction of Shaanxi RadioTV University,such as we should know well of the urgency of system construction,we should highly focus on integrity and unity,the construction of maintenance consolidate TV university system plays an important role in perfecting education,we also need more connotation and support from the higher authorities. By doing this,our university can make new and greater contributions in the future.
