摘　　要：在大力探索与实践我省电大远程开放教育转型发展的今天,建设富有特色、健康向上的电大精神文化,具有重要的意义。精神文化力量在电大事业发展中发挥着相当重要的、积极的作用。这种精神文化的核心就是倡导以学生为本,为学生提供优质服务。构建新型社会服务文化,增强电大人的事业成就感;构建新型技术服务文化,提高电大人的品牌意识;构建新型系统服务文化,增强系统凝聚力;构建新型组织服务文化,提高办学竞争力。以此为基础实现我省电大远程开放教育转型发展。In the exploration and practice in our province today,the development of distance open education transformation,the construction of characteristic,health up TV university spiritual culture,has the vital significance.Spiritual and cultural force in the development of TV university career plays a quite important and positive role. The core of the spirit culture is promotes the student as this,provides the high- quality service for the students. Build a new social service culture,enhance electric adult career achievement; To build new technology service culture,improve the electrical adult＇s brand awareness; Service culture to build the new system,enhance the system cohesion;To build new organizational service culture,to improve the competitive ability of the school. On this basis to achieve transformation of distance open education development in our province.
