摘　　要：少数民族村寨农民旅游增收问题是乡村旅游的一项重点研究对象,文章以广西三江程阳侗寨为例,通过分析村寨农民旅游增收影响因素,从参与、培训、利益分配等七个方面提出农民旅游增收机制,以期望当地农民能够分享当地旅游发展成果并促进村寨的旅游发展。The farmers tourism income problem of rural tourism in ethnic minority villagesis a key research object. The papers is based on guangxi sanjiang Cheng Yang Dong Zhai by analyzing the factors affecting village tourism increase mechanisms in rural incomes,from engaging in seven aspects such as,training,distribution proposed tourism increase in rural incomes,in the hope of local farmers to share the achievements of the local tourism development and promote the development of village tourism.
