高校教师学术忠诚的现状调查及培养对策研究——基于湖南省七所高校的调查分析

摘　　要：高校教师学术忠诚具体表现为学术自觉、学术自由、学术自律和学术自省等四个维度。抽样调查分析显示,高校教师学术忠诚水平受自身专业素质、学校管理、社会文化等因素影响。通过加强学术道德教育,提升自身专业素质,建立科学合理的学术评价制度,建立有利于高校教师学术忠诚培养的激励机制,建立高校教师学术终身管理制度,可以为高校教师学术忠诚的培养提供内外因的驱动力。Academic loyalty of university teachers is expressed in the four dimensions： academic self-consciousness,academic freedom,academic self-discipline and academic introspection. It is showed that the academic loyalty level of university teachers is influenced by profession quality,school management,social culture and other factors through the results in sampling survey. The driving force of internal and external factors for cultivating academic loyalty can be provided from the following aspects： academic moral education,profession quality improvement,scientific academic evaluation construction,incentive mechanism establishment,and life-long academic management system for university teachers.
