摘  要:为了研究青稞籽粒灌浆期直链淀粉与支链淀粉质量分数的动态变化。采用双波长分光光度法对3个青稞品种‘甘垦5号’、‘北青6号’和‘昆仑12号’的淀粉质量分数进行测定,并借助logistic对测定结果进行拟合,以求得总淀粉、直链淀粉和支链淀粉的合成速率。结果表明,3个品种在籽粒灌浆期支链淀粉、总淀粉的质量分数是随生育期的延长而逐渐增加,‘北青6号’和‘昆仑12号’的直链淀粉也是随生育期的延长而逐渐增加的。其中‘北青6号’和‘昆仑12号’的支链淀粉/直链淀粉的比例呈现下降趋势,到花后15d之后,这一比例已接近相同。总淀粉、直链淀粉和支链淀粉的合成速率均呈单峰曲线变化,即先增加后降低。并且均在花后21d左右达到最大积累速率,直链淀粉与支链淀粉的最终积累量主要取决于最大积累速率和平均积累速率的大小。研究初步揭示了青稞籽粒灌浆期直链淀粉、支链淀粉和总淀粉质量分数的积累规律。The objective of this study was to uncover the dynamic change pattern of starch mass fraction in hulless barley at filling stage.The mass fraction of amylopectin and amylase in three hulless barley cultivars(‘Ganken 5',‘Beiqing 6'and‘Kunlun 12')was investigate by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry.To obtain the synthetic rate of total starch,amylopectin and amylase,logistic equation was employed to analysis data.The results showed that total starch and amylopectin of three hulless barley cultivars showed an upward trend at filling stage with the development of grain.And the ratio of amylopectin/amylase in‘Beiqing 6'and‘Kunlun 12'showed a tendency to decrease until 15 days after anthesis,then the ratio close to the same level.The synthesis rate of total starch,amylopectin and amylase showed a unimodal curve in three hulless barley cultivars,and the peak were presented at21 days after anthesis.The accumulation quantity of amylopectin and amylase depended on the maximum accumulation rate and the average accumulation rate.
