复合膳食纤维对骨科住院病人便秘的防治效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复合膳食纤维对骨科住院病人便秘的防治效果。方法:选取92例胃肠功能正常的无便秘骨科手术病人,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。病人在术后正常饮食的基础上,观察组病人口服复合膳食纤维,每次10 g,每天3次,连续口服5 d;对照组口服仅含有麦芽糊精的安慰剂。观察两组病人术后便秘的发生情况。结果:对照组和观察组术后便秘的发生率分别为60.9%和15.2%。观察组男、女性便秘发生率分别为12.0%和19.0%;而对照组分别为66.7%与57.1%。对照组各年龄段便秘发生率也均明显高于观察组。结论:复合膳食纤维能有效地预防骨科病人术后便秘的发生。Objective ： To observe the preventive effect of dietary fiber on the constipation of the inpatients in Department of Orthopedics. Methods： 92 patients in the Department of Orthopedics without constipation were randomly divided into the control group （46, placebo group） and the observation group （46, dietary fiber group）. On the base of normal diet, patients in the observation group took 30g compound dietary fiber every day （3 times/day）, and patients in the control group received the same dose of placebo. The incidence of constipation in the patients was evaluated. Results ： The incidence of constipation was 60.9% in the control group and 15.2% in the observation group, respectively. The incidence of constipation in men was 12.0% and in women was 19.0% in the observation group. The incidence of constipation in men was 66.7% and in women was 57.1% in the control group. The incidence rate of constipation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group of all age group. Conclusion： Compound dietary fiber can effectively prevent the constipation of the inpatients in Department of Orthopedics.
