摘　　要：目的了解社区外来流动儿童免疫现状并探讨其影响因素。方法对浦东新区康桥社区内连续居住≥3个月的≤1周岁非本地户口的流动儿童预防接种状况进行调查并分析。结果外来流动儿童疫苗合格接种率94.0%,疫苗接种及时率75.0%,接种及时率较低。结论外来流动儿童免疫接种受家庭经济收入、家长免疫意识、地区免疫程序差异、家长文化程度等影响,需建立全国信息网,加强宣教,改进免疫服务方式,建立有效的免疫屏障。Objective Pudong New Area Kangqiao community of floating children immunization status and explore its influential factors.Method Preventive inoculation status of investigation and analysis in the Pudong New Area Community of Kangqiao continuous residence is larger than or equal to three months is less than or equal to I year old non local accounts of migrant children. Results Vaccination rate was 94%, the rate of vaccination was 75%, and the rate of vaccination was low. Conclusion Floating children immunization by family income, parental awareness of immunization, immunization program, regional differences, parents culture degree effect, it is necessary to establish a national information network, strengthen the propaganda and education, improved immune services, the establishment of an effective immune barrier.
