西宁市青少年强制戒毒人群吸毒行为与毒品危害认知状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解西宁市青少年吸毒人群吸毒原因、特点及对毒品危害的知识状况,为防范和降低当地青少年吸毒行为,针对性采取预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法对西宁市多巴强制戒毒所内在押吸毒人员行问卷调查。结果吸毒人员第一次接触毒品的原因主要是好奇心驱使和被引诱分别占59.0%和22.6%。复吸的主要原因是个人交友不慎、精神空虚和生活中受挫分别占35.4%、25.1%和15.4%。吸毒者吸食的毒品种类主要是海洛因和冰毒,分别占56.9%和42.1%。吸毒方式主要是以烫吸和注射吸毒为主,分别占60.5%和32.8%,注射吸毒的人员倾向于选择海洛因,而非注射吸毒人员更喜欢冰毒。吸毒场所主要是自己家和朋友家分别占34.9%和28.7%。几乎每天吸毒的占46.7%,第一次强制戒毒的人员占63.1%。结论青少年吸毒最重要的因素是交友不慎,该群体中复吸率较高。此外,青少年吸毒人群文化程度低,自身对毒品危害的认知的缺失及相关教育的缺失也是另一重要原因。Objective To understand the reasons and the characteristics as well as the congnitive status in the dangers of drugs from the Xining city youth drug users community. To provide scientific bases for the targeted prevention and control measures which prevent and reduce drug abuse behavior in the local youth. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among drug users in Xining City DUOBA compulsory detoxification by cross-sectional survey method. Results Curiosity and being tempted separately account for 59.0 % and 36.4 % ,which are the main reasons for the first drug abuse in drug users community .Making friends incaution, spiritual emptiness and frustration in life separately account for 35.4 %, 25.1% and 15.4 % ,which are the main causes of making drug users addict to drug again. Heroin and methamphetamine separately account for 56.9 % and 42.1%, which are the main types of drug abuse. Inhalation and injection drugs separately account for 60.5 % and 32.8 % ,which are the main means of drug taking. Intravenous drug addicts tend to choose heroin, however, non injection drug users prefer to methamphetamine. Drug addicts＇ own house and their friends＇ house are the main places of drug abuse separately account for 34.9 % and 28.7 % .However 46.7 % of drug addicts nearly take drugs every day. The compulsory drug treatment among drug addicts for the first time account for 63.1% .Conclusion Making friends incaution is one of the most important factors of youth drug abuse, which has a high rate of drug abuse again in youth drug users community. In addition, low educational level, lack of knowlege about the harm of drugs as well as relevant education about drug abuse are another important reasons.
