生理性支抗控制矫治前后颅颌硬组织变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析使用生理性支抗控制PASS矫治器矫治前后颅颌硬组织的变化。方法:选取拔除上下4颗第一前磨牙后应用PASS矫治器治疗的病例20例,X线头颅侧位片进行分析并测量15项硬组织项目,分析治疗前后硬组织的变化。结果:矫治后的硬组织改变主要为上前牙唇倾的角度及距离的减小,上唇突度有一定改善;ANB减小及上下前牙交角增大,下切牙到NB的距离减小,下唇的位置有所改变。结论:牙列拥挤不齐和前牙唇倾前突的病例使用PASS矫治器治疗后能够有效地改善上下切牙的位置及关系及侧面容貌。Objective： To analyze the change of craniofacial hard tissue after the physiological anchorage control treatment by using PASS appliance. Methods：There were 20 cases of extraction of 4 first premolars treated by PASS appli- ance. The cephalometrics analysis was performed before and after treament, and 15 hard tissue project measurement were in- cluded in this analysis. Results ：The changes of hard tissue mainly approached the decrease of the angle and distance of the anterior teeth after the treatment, that with a certain degree of improvement about upper lip. The angle of the upper and lower anterior teeth increased, and the distance of lower incisors to NB decreased with tips of the lower lip position changed. Con- clusion：The cases of tooth column crowded and labial inclination protrusion treated by PASS appliance can effectively im- prove the upper-lower incisor position and relationship, and the profile can be improved.
