异种脱细胞真皮基质预防Frey综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察使用异种脱细胞真皮基质在腮腺肿瘤术后预防味觉出汗综合征（Frey综合征）的效果。方法：随机选择2009～2016年就诊的94例腮腺肿瘤患者，均在腮腺肿瘤切除后，异种脱细胞真皮基质覆盖于肿瘤及腮腺部分切除后残留的创面上，并与腮腺咬肌筋膜及胸锁乳突肌筋膜对位缝合。术后随访6-18个月观察其治疗效果。结果：术后随访6-18个月，94例患者均无Frey综合征发生。结论：使用异种脱细胞真皮基质能够有效预防腮腺及肿瘤摘除术后Frey综合征的发生，临床上值得推广应用。Objective：The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of heterogenousacellular dermal matrix on preventing Frey syndrome in patients with parotid tumor. Methods：Ninety-four patients with parotid tumor were randomly se- lected from 2009 to 2016 for this study. Postoperative wound were covered by heterogenousacellular dermal matrix after the tumor and parotid were resected in all of patients. The matix were sutured onto the fascia parotideamasseterica and sternoclei- domastoid fascia. All postoperative patients were followed up for 6-18 months. Results：No Frey syndrome occurred in any pa- tients from 6 to 18 months after operation. Concluslon：Frey syndrome was significantly prevented by the application of heter- ogenousacellular dermal matrix after parotid tumor resections that the use of the matrix deserves recommendation.
