中西医结合治疗肝性脊髓病18例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肝性脊髓病的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2012-2013年北京佑安医院采用中西医结合治疗的18例肝性脊髓病患者的临床资料。结果 18例患者多为中年男性,在肝硬化基础上发病,18例表现为双下肢肌力下降,14例肌张力升高。在西医治疗基础上,给予针灸联合中药治疗1个月,18例肌力降低的患者中,11例肌力得到1个级别以上改善;14例肌张力增高的患者中,8例治疗后肌张力得到1个级别以上改善。结论中西医结合治疗肝性脊髓病有一定的疗效。Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of hepatic myelopathy. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 18 patients with hepatic myelopathy during 2012-2013 was carried out in Beijing You＇an Hospital. The efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results Most of the patients were middle-aged men. Hepatic myelopathy developed on the basis of liver cirrhosis. Impaired lower extremity muscle strength presented in all patients, and impaired muscle tension presented in 14 patients. After being treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for 1 month, there were 11 cases improved with muscle strength for more than 1 level, and 8 cases improved with muscle tension for more than 1 level. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of hepatic myelopathy has some clinical characteristics, the combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine may have good effect.
