摘 要:九龙山站是北京地铁7号线与14号线换乘车站,两站同步设计、同期施工,车站东北侧出入口与商业结合,由于商业方案尚不稳定,不能与地铁同期实施,为满足地铁开通需要,与地铁相关的部分的出入口先期开工。出入口基坑施工时,地铁车站已经施工完成,商业部分的基坑型式复杂且分期施工,商业部分先期施工的基坑邻近车站一侧采用桩+锚方案,邻近后期施工一侧采用了复合土钉方案,采用GTS软件对基坑施工进行模拟,分析基坑开挖自身的受力情况,以及对地铁车站的影响。根据分析结果针对性地采取措施,将变形控制在允许范围内,对同类工程具有一定的借鉴意义。Jiulongshan Station is a transfer station connecting Beijing Subway Line 7 and Line 14. The design and construction of two stations are during the same period. The northeast side of the station would go com- mercial, since business plan was not decided yet, it cannot be implemented over the same period with construcion of the subway. In order to open the subway station in time, the construction of corresponding parts have to start earlier, which leads to a complex pattern pit and construction in stages. Anchor piles scheme was used for the side closer to station, and composite soil nailing scheme was applied to post-construction side. GTS software was used to simulate the pit construction, and analysis of pit force and deformation as well as effects on the subway station due to excavation was also done. Targeted measures based on the analysis results was taken to keep deformation within the permissible range, which can be referred by similar projects,
