摘  要:目的了解西城区农贸市场及超市中8类食品中铅、镉、汞污染现状,为居民消费各类食品提供参考,同时为北京市食品污染物监测提供数据。方法通过对2014、2015年两年来采集的8类食品样品中铅、镉、汞等重金属的测定,分析易受重金属污染的食品样品来源及污染情况。结果铅共计监测150件样品,10件样品受污染,超标率为6.67%;镉共计监测150件样品,28件样品受污染,超标率为18.7%;汞共计监测60件样品,3件样品受污染,超标率为5%。结论部分食品的安全问题令人堪忧,应加强食品安全监督与检验,强化质量管理,切实保障人民群众的食品安全。[Objective]To investigate the contamination status of lead,cadmium,mercury in 8 kinds of food in farmers' markets and supermarkets of Xicheng District,to provide reference for household consumption,and provide data basis for food contamination monitoring in Beijing City.[Methods]The food samples resources vulnerable to heavy metal pollution and their contamination status was analyzed through lead,cadmium,mercury determination of 8 kinds of food collected in 2014 and 2015.[Results]Of 150 samples lead monitored,10 were polluted,with the rate of 6.67%.Of 150 samples cadmium monitored,28 were polluted,with the rate of 18.7%.Of 60 samples mercury monitored,3 were polluted,with the rate of 5%.[Conclusion]Some food safety problems are worrying,it is necessary to strengthen the food safety supervision and inspection,to enhance the quality management,and effectively protect people's food safety.
