近二十年国际医学伦理研究概况——基于SSCI与A&HCI科学知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：近二十年来,由于新的医疗技术和医疗方法的出现与迅猛发展,更多新的医学伦理问题出现,并得到研究者的重视。为更清晰、更直观地了解国外(际)医学伦理研究整体发展情况,以科学引文数据库为主要信息来源,利用文献计量学和知识图谱分析方法,首先对其二十年来的年度文献、学科类别、国家、研究机构等分布情况作简要分析,然后对国家、机构、学者之间的合作情况作图谱分析,最后对共被引文献、文献关键词作可视化分析,以厘清其研究的整体发展脉络,了解基础知识和主题,把握研究热点与前沿,为我国医学伦理研究和实践提供有利的借鉴与参考。During the past two decades, due to the emergence and development of new medical technology and treatment, there have been more new medical ethics problems which are paid by the attention of the researchers. The paper is based on Science Citation Database（WOS） with the literature metrology and knowledge mapping visualization analysis method. First, we analyze the annual literature in two decades, subject category, academic journals, nations, research institutions, high output scholars, and then analyze the cooperation of nations, research institutions and high output scholars, last co-citation literature, high frequency keywords and high BURST keywords. The paper clarifies the context of the overall development of research, understands the basic theme, grasps the forefront of research and provides preferable experience for our country.
