酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗慢性末端回肠炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗慢性末端回肠炎的临床疗效。方法 70例慢性结肠炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组患者予以酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上予以甲硝唑治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效及大便性状变化情况。结果对照组治疗后显效12例(34.29%),有效14例(40.00%),无效9例(25.71%),总有效26例,总有效率为74.29%;观察组显效20例(57.14%),有效13例(37.14%),无效2例(5.71%),总有效33例,总有效率为94.29%,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组大便性状0级15例(42.86%),1级9例(25.71%),2级8例(22.86%),3级3例(8.57%);对照组大便性状0级1例(2.86%),1级8例(22.86%),2级12例(34.29%),3级14例(40.00%)。观察组患者大便性状0级比例显著高于对照组,3级血便的发生比例明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗慢性末端回肠炎临床疗效确切,可有效控制患者病情,改善患者的临床症状,提高临床治愈率,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate clinical effect by clostridum butyricum viable capsule combined with metronidazole in the treatment of chronic terminal ileitis. Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic terminal ileitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received clostridum butyrieum viable capsule for treatment, and the observation group received additional metronidazole. Comparison was made on clinical effects and excrement form changes between thetwo groups. Results After treatment, the control group had 12 excellent cases （34.29%）, 14 effective cases （40.00%）, and 9 ineffective cases （25.71%）, with 26 total effective cases and total effective rate as 74.29%, and the observation group had 20 excellent cases （57.14%）, 13 effective cases （37.14%）, and 2 ineffective cases （5.71%）, with 33 total effective cases and total effective rate as 94.29%. The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had 15 grade 0 cases of excrement form （42.86%）, 9 grade 1 cases （25.71%）, 8 grade 2 cases （22.86%） and 3 grade 3 cases （8.57%）, and the control group had 1 grade 0 case of excrement form （2.86%）, 8 grade 1 cases （22.86%）, 12 grade 2 cases （34.29%） and 14 grade 3 cases （40.00%）. The observation group had obviously higher proportion of grade 0 and much lower proportion of grade 3 than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of clostridum butyricum viable capsule and metronidazole shows affirmative curative effect for chronic terminal ileitis. This method can effective control disease, improve clinical symptom and clinical cure rate, and it contains high value for clinical application.
