摘　　要：目的通过新生儿细菌性结膜炎分泌物的细菌培养结果 ,了解其病原菌的种类和药物敏感试验及耐药性。方法 60例(85只眼)新生儿结膜炎患儿,经过筛查分成A组(30例,45只眼)和B组(30例,40只眼)。A组行结膜囊分泌物细菌培养,根据药敏试验结果选择用药或联合用药,B组通过临床经验性药物治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果新生儿细菌性结膜炎的细菌平均检出率为70%(21/30)。检出致病菌的种类:金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、淋病双球菌。未检出细菌的9例。A组14 d治愈率为90.5%(19/21),B组为66.7%(20/30),A组14 d治愈率明显高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据结膜囊分泌物细菌培养及药物敏感试验,合理规范应用抗菌药物治疗,不但可以提高疗效,缩短病程,减少并发症,还可以减少细菌耐药性的发生。ObjectiVe To understand Pathogenic bacteria types, drug sensitivity test and drug resistance of neonatal bacterial conjunctivitis through bacterial culture outcome of excretion. Methods A total of 60 infant patients （85 eyes） with neonatal bacterial conjunctivitis were divided after screening into group A （30 cases, 45 eyes） and group B （30 cases, 40 eyes）. Group A received selective or combined medication after bacterial culture of conjunctival sac excretion, and group B received experiential clinical medication for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results Mean detection rate of neonatal bacterial conjunctivitis was 70% （21/30）. Detected pathogenic bacteria included staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus pneumonia, haemophilus influenza, staphylococcus epidermidis, and dipl0coceus gonorrhoeae. There were 9 cases without detected bacteria. Group A had 14 d cure rate as 90.5% （19/21）, which was 66.7% （20/30） in group B. Group A had obviously higher 14 d cure rate than group B, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rational implement of antibacterial drug on the basis of bacterial culture of conjunctival sac excretion and drug sensitivity test can not only improve curative effect, shorten course of disease, and reduce complications, but also lower incidence of bacterial drug resistance.
