腹腔镜下胃局部切除术治疗胃良性肿瘤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔镜下胃局部切除术治疗胃良性肿瘤的效果。方法 选取2008年2月-2010年2月我院收治的16例接受传统开放手术治疗的胃良性肿瘤患者作为对照组,选取2010年3月-2015年2月我院收治的16例接受腹腔镜下胃局部切除术治疗的胃良性肿瘤患者作为观察组,比较两组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果 观察组的近期有效率、1年生存率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的疾病进展时间为（10.8±1.1）个月,显著低于对照组的（7.8±1.0）个月,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、恢复活动时间及住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组术后均无死亡病例。结论 采用腹腔镜下胃局部切除术治疗胃良性肿瘤效果显著,具有创伤小、术后恢复时间短、并发症发生率低等优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic partial gastric resection in the treatment of benign gastric tumor.Methods 16 cases of benign gastric tumor underwent traditional open surgery from February 2008 to February 2010 in our hospital were selected as the control group,16 cases of benign gastric tumor underwent laparoscopic partial gastric resection from March 2010 to February 2015 were selected as the observation group.The amount of blood loss, operation time,postoperative recovery condition and the incidence rate of complication were compared between the two groups.Results The recent effective rate,1 year survival rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Disease progression time of the observation group was （10.8±1.1） months, which was lower than （7.8±1.0） months of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The operation time,the amount of blood loss,recovery activity time and length of stay in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no deaths in the two groups after operation.Conclusion The application of laparoscopic partial gastric resection in the treatment of benign gastric tumor has a significant effect, which has the advantages of small trauma,short recovery time and low incidence of complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
