摘　　要：回顾分析近期我科收治的1例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)反复发作的患者,行全脑血管造影并调整治疗方案后该患者病情逐渐稳定。通过临床资料的分析并总结最新的相关文献,得出TIA是脑梗死的强烈有力预警信号,应根据患者不同的病因进行相应的早期临床干预。One case confirmed transient ischemic attack （TIA） with recurrent in our department recently was retrospectively analyzed,total cerebral angiogram and adjust the treatment plan were performed after that the patient gradually was stable.Through the analysis of clinical data and summary of the newest related literature,TIA is strong,powerful and early warning signal of cerebral infarction,the corresponding early clinical intervention should be carried out according to the different causes of patients.
