摘　　要：多元文化教师是实施"多元一体"教育的关键,多元文化教师要具有"多元一体"教育的观念、知识和能力的素质体系,其中观念是灵魂与先导,知识是基础,能力是关键。As the key to implementing education based on ＂unity in diversity＂, teachers with multiculture should possess the concept, knowledge and ability of education based on ＂unity in diversity＂. The concept is the soul and guide, the knowledge is the foundation; the ability is the key.
