摘  要:随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,近几年各高校都引进了大量的年轻教师,而且由于教学的需要,他们一进学校就要走上讲台给本科学生授课。但由于他们从学校毕业就来高校任教,尤其是非师范类的毕业生,没有经过教学的基本训练,对本专业的工程实践缺乏了解,给高校教学质量的提高带来了诸多不利的因素。如何快速提高新教师的教学业务水平,已成为高校的一项重大的工作。本文作者从对青年教师的培养、激励,尤其是新引进的青年专业教师的培养几个方面入手进行研究,探讨了快速提升青年教师教学业务能力的思路。With the rapid development of higher education in China, a large number of young teachers are introduced into colleges and universities in recent years, and due to the needs of teaching, they teach undergraduates as soon as they become university teachers. However, their lack of basic teaching training and professional engineering practice has brought various adverse factors to the improvement of college teaching quality. Therefore,how to rapidly improve the professional teaching level of new teachers has become an important task. Starting from the cultivation and stimulation of young teachers, especially newly employed young teachers, this paper explores the rapid improvement of young teachers' professional teaching level.
