TBL结合CBL教学法在创伤急救实训教学中的应用体会

摘　　要：以团队为基础的学习(TBL)和以案例为基础的学习(CBL)是为适应现代职业教育的新型教学方法,越来越受到医学教育工作者的关注。本文针对创伤急救实训教学,将TBL与CBL相结合应用,取得了较好的效果。TBL结合CBL教学法有助于增强学生学习兴趣和学习主动性、提高学生临床思维能力、理论结合实践的综合应用能力,以及良好的团队协作精神。Team-based learning（TBL） and case-based learning（CBL）, as new teaching methods suitable for modern vocational education, have been attached to more and more importance by medical education workers. In view of trauma training teaching,this paper combines TBL with CBL, having achieved good results. TBL-CBL combined teaching method helps to enhance students＇ learning interest and initiative, improve their clinical thinking ability and theory-practice comprehensive application ability as well as good teamwork spirit.
