摘　　要：随着我国高等教育教学改革的不断深入,教师教学质量评价工作作为高等教育质量监控的重要环节、作为促进高等教育教学质量不断提高的重要手段之一,正日益被广泛地接受和应用。为改进和完善林业类高校教师本科教学质量的统计分析方法,引入因子分析法,得到教学质量因子评价模型,随机选取本校各专业教学评价结果为样本,运用模型对高校课堂教学质量评价进行定量分析,得到了简洁、精确的结果。因子分析法能大大减少参与数据建模的指标个数,是降维分析的有效方法,且计算方法固定,可以通过编程进行处理,大大提高了教学质量评价的效率。With the deepening of China＇s education reform, the evaluation of teaching quality is one of the important means to ensure and improve the quality of higher education, which is increasingly being widely accepted and applied. In order to improve the method of quantitative evaluation of forestry university teachers＇ teaching quality, using factor analysis method, selects the school to the professional teaching evaluation results for the sample, a scientific evaluation and analysis is proposed to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching in colleges, comprehensive evaluation model of teaching quality is established. The factor analysis method can greatly reduce the number of parameters involved in data modeling, is effective method of dimensional analysis, and the calculation method of fixed, can be processed by programming, greatly improving the efficiency of teaching quality evaluation.
