摘　　要：为提高电力企业人力部门工作效率,实现内部资源整合,设计一款人力资源信息管理系统。结合济南电网人力部门实际,利用UML建模工具对系统功能进行分析;利用MVC模式对系统整体架构进行设计,降低各层之间的耦合性;利用Visual Studio 2008对开发环境进行部署;利用SQL Server 2012对数据进行管理与存储;采用C对系统各项功能开发。最后通过测试实现了对员工的考勤、薪资、绩效等方面的信息化管理,大大提供了济南电网的人力管理效率。in order to improve the work efficiency of the power enterprise human resources department,realize the integration of internal resources,the design of a human resource information management system.According to the Ji＇nan power grid Department of human practice,analysis of the function of the system by using UML modeling tools;design the overall framework of the system using MVC mode,reduce the coupling between layers;deployment development environment using Visual Studio 2008 to Server 2012;using SQL data management and storage;the functions of system development by C.Finally through the test to achieve the employee＇s attendance,salary,performance and other aspects of information management,greatly providing the Ji＇nan power grid of human management efficiency.
