摘　　要：主要提出一种简单实用并且改进的高精度的电子秤设计方案,使测量精度得到大大提高。改进的设计采用STC89C51RC单片机作为微控制器的电子秤,采用高精度的16位AD转换芯片AD770506。介绍了系统的整体设计方案、称重传感器信号采集系统设计。本设计压力传感器使用电阻应变片,它能将机械构件上应变的变化转换为电阻变化。采用STC89C51RC单片机作为控制核心,使用电阻应变片作为测量的装置,使用16位高精度的A/D转换芯片AD770506把模拟量转换成数字量,把数据传输给单片机,单片机在通过LCD1602显示。设计电路集成度高、抗噪声能力强、滤波效果显著,具有很好的系统稳定性和测量准确性。paper presents a simple and practical and the improved design of high precision electronic scale,make the measurement precision are improved greatly.Improved STC89C51 RC designed using single chip microcomputer as the micro-controller electronic scale,using high-precision 16-bit AD770506 AD conversion chip.Introduces the overall design scheme of system,weighing sensor signal acquisition system is designed.This design using resistance strain gauge pressure sensors,it can change into resistance strain on mechanical components.Adopt STC89C51 RC single chip microcomputer as control core,using resistance strain gauge for measuring device,using A 16-bit high accuracy A/D conversion chip AD770506 convert analog to digital quantity,the data transmit to MCU,MCU through LCD1602 display.Design circuit high integration,strong ability to resist noise,filtering effect is remarkable,has the very good system stability and measuring accuracy.
