门冬氨酸鸟氨酸静滴联合淡醋灌肠对轻微型肝性脑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察门冬氨酸鸟氨酸静滴联合淡醋灌肠治疗轻微型肝性脑病(MHE)的疗效。方法将我院收治的276例肝硬化并轻微型肝性脑病患者随机分为对照组(128例)和观察组(148例),对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组加用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸静滴联合淡醋灌肠进行治疗。治疗10 d后,比较2组的血氨水平、数字连接试验(NCT-A)、数字符号试验(DST)结果及治疗有效率。结果观察组较对照组在血氨水平、NCT-A、DST方面改善更明显(P<0.05)。观察组有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸静滴联合淡醋灌肠可降低轻微型肝性脑病患者的血氨水平、改善智力测试成绩,值得在临床应用上积极推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of L-ornithine L-aspartate drip and vinegar enema combined therapy for minimal hepatic encephalopathy（MHE）.Methods Two hundred and seventy-six MHE patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital were selected as the research object. They were divided into 2 groups randomly.Patients in the control group（128 cases）were given general supportive for 10 days.Patients in the joint drug treatment group（148 cases）were given L-ornithine L-aspartate intravenous drip and vinegar enema plus general supportive for 10 days too. Then we analyzed the efficiency of different treatments.Results The concentration of blood ammonia and scores of intelligent test NCT-A and DST were improved more obviously in the joint drug treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. The efficiency was higher in the joint drug treatment group than in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion L-ornithine L-aspartate drip and vinegar enema can improve intelligence、decrease blood ammonia. This combined therapy is worth promoting in clinical application.
