摘　　要：文章对王力主编《古代汉语》教材的基本情况、研究成果的回顾以及对教材的思考等三个方面进行了细致地梳理和深入地挖掘,教材既有优点,同时也存在着不少的缺陷,希望我们在使用的过程中有个比较清醒的认识。The paper made a detailed comb and analysis on the three aspects of the previous research of the Ancient Chinese edited by Wang Li, namely the current situation of the teaching material, the review of the research literature and thinking on the teaching material. It is concluded that, the teaching material has both advantages and disadvantages. It is hope that we could have a clear understanding about this in the process of using this book.
