摘　　要：高校是培养高层次人才的主要阵地,党员领导干部、教师队伍的纯洁性、廉洁性和纯朴性直接影响到学生的人生观、世界观和价值观。为此,优化高校党员领导干部廉洁作风建设,应在理想念上坚定"信仰",树立"正气";在为民服务上以人为本,培育"士气";在修身自律上念好"慎经",涵养"廉气"。"正气"是根本、"士气"是关键、"廉气"是防线,"三气"结合,是建设高效廉洁的高校党员领导干部队伍的有力保障。University is the main position to cultivate high-level talents. The purity, integrity and simplicity of the leading cadres of Party members and teachers directly influence the students＇ outlook on life, world outlook and values. Therefore, to optimize Honesty Construction of the leading cadres of Party members, we should have firm faith and establish righteousness; Public service should be people-oriented and cultivate morale; Self discipline means reading well the ＂Cautious Book＂ and cultivate ＂Honesty＂. ＂Righteousness＂ is the fundamental; ＂morale＂ is the key; ＂Honesty＂ is the line of defense. They are strong guarantee for university cadres team construction.
