摘 要:分析了影响《有机化学实验》教学质量的"非常规"因素,包括青年教师授课存在对课程基础性认识不足、教学经验不足、学生对学习《有机化学实验》课程所需付出的努力认识不足等问题。提出解决问题的对策:一是采用以老带新、互相促进的方法提升教学质量;二是在实验预习、实验过程及实验报告书写三个环节中精心引导和指导,激发学生主动参与实践的热情。The influences of the "unconventional" factors on teaching quality of Organic Chemistry Experiment were analyzed in this paper, which included that young teachers were of scanty cognition in basic features of Organic Chemistry Experiment course and lacked of experience in teaching, and students were of insufficient understanding the perspiration needed for studying Organic Chemistry Experiment course. The measurements were proposed to solve the problems mentioned above. Firstly, for enhancement of teaching quality of Organic Chemistry Experiment, either the experienced teachers would be assigned to guide young ones, or making experienced and young ones promote each other ; secondly, for excitation of students' passions to participate experiments actively, students should be guided and instructed prudentially in three stages of experiment preview, experiment process and experiment report written.
