摘　　要：目的了解上海地区电力员工体检人群幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染情况及分布特征,为本地区电力员工幽门螺杆菌的预防与治疗提供科学依据。方法选取2015年1月至12月本院健康体检者58876名,以性别和年龄进行分组,应用^(13)C尿素呼气试验(^(13)C-ureabreath test,13C-UBT)快速检测体检人群中幽门螺杆菌感染情况,并对其结果进行统计学分析。结果 58876名体检者幽门螺杆菌总感染率为42.4%(24942/58876),其中男性和女性感染率分别为43.9%(18868/43025)和38.3%(6074/15851),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄感染情况:低年龄组(≤30岁)感染率为37.6%(2805/7460),中年龄组(31~60岁)为43.5%(18428/42397),高年龄组(>60岁)为41.1%(3709/9019),每组之间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上海地区电力员工体检幽门螺杆菌感染分布与年龄、性别都有关。Objective To investigate the status of helicobacter pylori （Hp） infections and its distribution among power plant employees in Shanghai area and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of helicobacter pylori for the employees. Methods We enrolled 58,876 cases during health screening during January to December of 2015. Cases were divided based on gender and age. lip infection was detected using ^13C-ureabreath test （^13C-UBT）. The data were statistically analyzed. Results Hp-positive rate was 42.4% （24942/58876）, and the positive rate in male and female cases were 43.9% （18868/43025） and 38.3% （6074/15851）. There were significant differences in the positive rates between the male and female individuals （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The individuals were divided into three groups, the young age group （ ≤ 30 years）, the middle age group（31 to 60 years） and the old age group（ 〉 60years）. The Hp-positive rates increased with age. The positive rates in the young, middle, and old age groups were 37.6% （2805/7460）, 43.5% （18428/42397）, and 41. 1% （3709/9019）, respectively. There were significant differences in the Hp infection rate between the low- age and the advanced- age groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The distribution of the Hp infection among power plant employees in Shanghai area is positively correlated with subject sex and age.
